Please find below (apologies for the English only) a call for elections from Sharon DeSousa, the Regional Executive
Vice-President - Ontario of the Public Service Alliance of Canada.
If any member of Local 00303 is interested in any of these positions, please contact Paula Shewchuk for the selection criteria.
"As a result
of recent vacancies on the PSAC Ontario Council, we are holding by-elections in
accordance with the PSAC Ontario By-laws, for the following vacant
positions:
Alternate Regional Women's Committee representative
Alternate Region 6, Hamilton/Niagara representative
Alternate Regionally Based Separate Employer representative
Please note that each of these positions has their own selection criteria listed within the nomination letters attached. Therefore, eligibility to nominate and be nominated is based on each specific position.
All nominations must include a seconder, who must have also been a delegate to the last PSAC Ontario 2011 Regional Convention. Please have the seconder sign and print their name on the ballot form (beside the nominator).
The deadline to submit Nomination Forms is September 9, 2013.
